Product Marketer
Description
ThirdPartyTrust is a Chicago based cybersecurity SaaS company that helps enterprises measure and monitor third-party risk and related cyber threats. Clients like AbbVie, Travelers, US Foods, American Family Insurance, and many others are managing risk across thousands of third-parties utilizing our technology. ThirdPartyTrust is on an aggressive path to growth, and specifically, the Marketing team is increasing in size and scope to advance the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Role Summary
Your job as product marketer is threefold: (1) own product roll-outs from inception to go-to-market via meetings, educational materials, trainings, and public campaigns; (2) be the main point of contact for product knowledge and messaging for both current clients and prospective customers; and (3) working with Marketing and Sales to produce product-related collateral including blogs, PDFs, videos, etc. You will work closely with business partners across multiple teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success) to ensure strategic product roll-outs, information sharing and education, and product positioning, both for current clients and prospects. The person in this role needs to be comfortable moving between teams, self-prioritizing multiple tasks, and making his/her own schedule in order to achieve incremental goals.
Main Responsabilities
Product development communications
- Work with the Product team to understand the product(s), the product development pipeline, and any updates from both a technical and commercial angle
- Work with the Product team to announce and plan roll-out of any new updates; organizing meetings across the company, meeting with individual stakeholders, scheduling benchmarks, and producing necessary documentation
- Work with the Customer Success team to update client documentation and inform current customers of any relevant changes to product or any specific maintenance activities
- Work with the Marketing team to create relevant messaging and assets related to product roll-outs; assist in creating campaigns to support product updates
- Work with the Sales team to inform and train them on product functionality; revise messaging and use cases; and track success of campaign for future iterations
Product knowledge owner
- Act as the main point of contact for all information, messaging, and education related to product within the company
- Work with Customer Success to maintain the client and partner portals related to product content
- Work with Customer Success and Channel teams to produce and distribute regular newsletters for stakeholders (i.e. current customers and partners)
- Maintain library of training and informational materials both for internal and customer use
- Act as Marketing point of contact for product-related discussions with partners
- Act as Sales point of contact for product-related discussions with prospective customers
Marketing of product-related content
- Create, update, and maintain product-related assets (e.g. webpages, one-pagers) for Marketing
- Create product-related materials (e.g. blogs, videos) for Marketing and Sales purposes
- Work with Marketing to create and maintain consistent messaging and branding for product(s)
- Work with Sales to create and update sales enablement pieces
Hard Skills Required

This is a full-time position. Remote workers should be located near US Central time zone (Daily shift availability within 3 hours of Chicago, e.g. no further than 3 hours ahead of behind).
Argentina is a preferred location.
